Many of you have reached out, expressing feelings of distress and lowered energy due to various illnesses and sicknesses prevalent now, such as the flu. I’m here to guide you on how to eliminate these illnesses from your body.
It’s important to note that due to our multidimensional nature, illnesses too are multidimensional. This means they affect us on multiple levels – the physical, the emotional, and others. Therefore, tackling illness requires a holistic approach that addresses all these aspects.
As an intuitive energy healer, I can visualize the entire energy field and demonstrate how illness manifests within it. For the purpose of this discussion, let’s focus on common seasonal ailments like the flu and sinus infections, which most of us are currently grappling with.
Eliminating Illness through a Holistic Approach: A Guide for Intuitive Energy Healing
Healing any illness is a process that requires time and involves multiple transformative steps. This includes changes in your diet, emotions, and thought process throughout the day, along with how you process information. The state of your chakras is also crucial; if misaligned, it can impact your worldview and how others perceive you.
In the next part we will metaphysically delve into how our daily lives and actions can attract illness. This is an immediate takeaway you can apply to foster better health.
The Impact of Emotions on Chakra Alignment and Energetic Attachments
Our sensory perception of a situation often initiates a chain reaction. We sense something, which then crystallizes into a thought form, and subsequently, this thought form triggers an emotion based on how we interpret the original sense and thought.
These emotions, upon entering through the brain, are energetically classified and stored within our bodies. If these emotions are not consciously processed, they find a home within our chakra system. The chakra system, as previously discussed, is an intricate and well-organized system that spans our body and categorizes information based on its relevance and placement.
Emotions are categorized and stored in specific locations within our physical body. For instance, let’s consider a simple example related to fear. If a certain situation makes you feel threatened or unwelcome, this fear is channeled into the root chakra. The root chakra is the grounding base, responsible for our sense of security, home, and safety within an environment. Therefore, any fear-related emotions are stored here, causing the chakra to potentially go out of alignment. This misalignment then feeds into our energy center.
Our perception is also heavily influenced by the emotions stored in our chakras. Every sensory input we experience is processed as a thought form, then converted into an emotion, and finally filtered through our chakra system. If we fail to properly process these emotions right at the time they are received, they accumulate within our chakras, which over time can solidify and shape our perception.
This eventually forms a program, a pre-set response to certain situations. For instance, if we feel unwelcome in an environment, we may automatically perceive ourselves as unsafe, unworthy, or not good enough. These thought forms can be influenced by past memories or circumstances that have been processed through the same chakra system.
To illustrate this, consider an image of a sensory input developing into a thought form, transforming into an emotion, and then being absorbed by the root chakra. If a chakra goes out of alignment, we open ourselves up to attachments from entities that resonate at the same vibrational level.

These attachments can be visualized as something akin to an octopus or a jellyfish, representing their vibrational influence. This image helps us understand the process and consequences of not properly managing emotions and their impact on our chakras.
Attachments, or complex entities of energy, can enter our physical bodies and connect in unique ways to different aspects of ourselves, depending on our emotional complexity and how we process information. Imagine the human body and an attachment as separate forms. The attachment enters the physical body and connects to a specific chakra system, much like vines intertwining around a tree.
For instance, let’s say an individual has a fear-based program stemming from a feeling of unworthiness. The attachment might connect to the heart center and the root chakra. When these attachments are removed, they resemble tentacles that have woven their way into the body.
These attachments can influence various aspects of our physical and emotional well-being. An attachment on the root chakra could affect the sexual organs, which are our centers for creation and manifestation, among other things correlated with the root chakra. Similarly, an attachment on the heart chakra can impact our self-esteem, our ability to love ourselves, and our sense of worth and presence. Therefore, understanding and managing these energetic attachments is crucial.

The physical manifestation of these energy attachments can often result in body aches and pains. For instance, an attachment on the heart chakra might cause pain in the upper left region of the chest. These discomforts are not isolated symptoms; they represent layers of information and emotional energy that need to be unraveled.
This is why it’s essential to be mindful of the thoughts that enter our minds. These thoughts process through our physical forms and can lead to attachments that, if not addressed, will eventually cause illness. Therefore, understanding and managing our thoughts and emotions is a critical step in maintaining our overall well-being.

Over many years of assisting people in managing these energy attachments, it’s evident that they connect to various aspects of our bodies, not just one. We are layered beings, and these attachments operate similarly, affecting us on multiple levels.

We are made up of various layers: the emotional, physical, energetic, and more, each represented by different systems within our bodies. These emotions are stored in compartments—our chakra systems. Healing these layers and removing chakra attachments can be a complex process.
It’s important to realize that these attachments aren’t simple entities; removing them requires a deep connection with oneself and a high level of trust in your feelings throughout the healing process. When removing an attachment, you must be fully aware of everything you feel from head to toe. This awareness can help you sense when something is leaving your system.

The intricate network of meridian lines and the chakra system within our bodies is fascinating. Overlaying these systems can provide a deeper understanding of how everything is interconnected within us.
From an energetic standpoint, there’s a significant meridian line that penetrates through the crown of our head and connects us to the center of the Earth. This pole of white light represents our optimum health. Understanding this connection is crucial when it comes to healing our bodies.
Aligning the Meridian Lines for Optimum Health and Well-being
The central meridian line in our bodies is represented by two poles, one vertical and one horizontal, intersecting the body’s center. The vertical pole aligns perfectly with our chakra system, connecting us to the Source, while the horizontal line runs through the middle of our body from back to front and vice versa.
Visualizing these two energetic centers is crucial as they represent our connection to Earth. The horizontal pole revolves around the planet, and the upper core links us to the Source. This is the mechanism through which our multi-dimensional body operates and how we can achieve optimum health. Whenever we start feeling unwell or uncomfortable, it’s important to focus on these energetic centers to restore balance.
Whenever we feel unwell, aligning our meridian lines and poles can bring our body back into balance. This process detaches us from negative influences and realigns our chakras, grounding us physically with the Earth.
In addition to the central meridian lines, there are also meridian lines running through the sides of our bodies. Picture these lines piercing through the shoulders, sides, and extending all the way down to the legs. Aligning with these lines is equally crucial for maintaining our body’s harmony and health.
To begin the healing process, visualize aligning your meridian lines and poles which act as tuning forks for your body.
Start with a deep inhale and exhale, closing your eyes. Visualize yourself connecting to the Earth’s core, creating a protective circle around you. Align your chakra system in a straight line: your root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. Surround your body with a golden white light, extending about 10 feet around your aura sphere.
In addition to personal healing, the environment around you also needs to be harmonized. Ground the four corners of your home to the Earth’s core, raising its vibration to gold. Encase your house within a bubble of golden light and remove anything that doesn’t belong in this space.
Lastly, contemplate on a color that signifies health for you. Each person has a unique color that symbolizes well-being. What color represents health for you?
Guided Visualization for Healing and Chakra Balancing
Visualize your chosen color, representative of health, streaming in from the Earth’s core, moving up to your solar plexus and forming a potent energy vortex in your body’s center. Imagine a golden light descending from the source, through the sky, entering your body through your crown, and traveling down your spine. This golden light merges with your healing color at your body’s center, creating a gold and healing color vortex.
Part of this energy is then sent back down to the Earth’s core. Picture your healing color and gold ascending your spine and spilling overhead like a fountain, enveloping your aura sphere. This energy then returns back to your solar plexus, completing the cycle.
Visualize this union of golden light and your specific healing color traveling up your spine, down your arms, and emanating from your palms. Allow this energy to encompass your entire body, creating a potent vortex of healing energy within your aura sphere. This energy works to cleanse and remove anything that doesn’t belong in this space.
Now, imagine flushing your aura sphere of any thoughts, emotions, feelings, or programs you’ve accumulated over the past days, weeks, or months, sending them down to the Earth’s core. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, envision a powerful white light descending from the source and washing over you like a cleansing shower of energy. This light clears any blockages within your body.
Next, picture your illness or pain as a dark substance within your body. Imagine breathing in your healing color combined with gold energy, filling the space occupied by this darkness. Pull this dark substance out, directing it down through your legs to the center of the Earth, effectively removing the illness from your body.
Finally, ask yourself if you accept this healing and if you’re ready to let go of the programs that have led to this illness. Picture a contract representing the illness and shine your crown chakra, imbued with your creative color, on this contract. This symbolizes your readiness to heal and let go of the illness.
Destroy the symbolic contract that represents all ailments, imbalances, and the programs that have created these issues within your body. This contract encapsulates the thought forms and emotions that have become compartmentalized within your body. Visualize obliterating this contract with your creative color, thereby purifying your space.
Envision a white light enveloping you, cleansing from the crown of your head down to your feet. Picture a column of white light in the center of your body extending down to the Earth’s core. Take a deep breath in and out, and visualize the meridian poles on the sides of your body aligning any lymphatic system and facilitating any necessary cleansing. This energy drains down these poles to the Earth’s core, purifying anything left within the body.
Now, take a moment to feel your body and identify any misalignments, areas of soreness, aches, or pains. Direct these discomforts down to the Earth’s core. Visualize realigning each of your chakras – the root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, and crown – back into a balanced state, maintaining your crown chakra with your creative color as bright as possible.
Finally, see the white light flushing and cleansing your chakra system. Any remaining programs will be addressed in a future discussion on further cleansing methods.
Guided Exercise for Energy Cleansing and Alignment
For this exercise, cleanse all lingering programs or attachments within your body, directing them down to the Earth’s core. If you sense any attachments, visualize pulling them from your space. Draw a deep breath in and out, and as you do so, discern where these attachments connect to different aspects of your body.
Ground yourself to the Earth’s core, visualizing a protective circle around you—your aura sphere. Imagine your chakra system in perfect alignment, culminating at your crown chakra with your creative color. Project this color upwards through your eighth, ninth, tenth, and eleventh chakras, connecting to the source represented by a powerful white light.
As you connect to this source, envision its energy enveloping your body, integrating your material and energetic selves. Consider the concept of seven bodies inward and seven outward, all charges neutralized to zero. Completely cleanse your space, draining any residual attachments within your body and aligning all meridians perfectly.
After this deep cleansing breath, welcome yourself back into your physical presence. Your body’s energy should now be harmonious. You have your protective circle, your chakra system in perfect alignment, and you’re connected to the source through your crown and ascending chakras. You’re firmly grounded to the Earth’s core.
Whenever you feel out of alignment, unwell, or overwhelmed by negative, low-vibration emotions, remember to send them down to the Earth’s core. Be proactive and mindful of your health and feelings throughout your day. Avoid becoming a sponge for negativity.
When we neglect our self-care, we risk absorbing all the energy around us, leading to unwanted attachments within our personal space. Continually cycling this energy within our bodies is not desirable. As such, it’s essential to take charge of our health, transformation, and available tools. More importantly, it’s crucial to connect with and talk to our bodies, fostering self-healing.

The key component to any healing is your intention. Recognize your wellness and discard any belief in the programs of illness.
