Acknowledging Procrastination and Anxiety
We often find ourselves doing numerous tasks from our to-do list but without completing anything. We avoid quiet moments because we don’t want to face the thoughts, worries, and anxiety running through our mindset.
Related Point: It’s essential to recognize how procrastination is so often related to anxiety, and then we feel the tightness in our chest as a signal of our primal aspects protecting our vulnerable selves.
The Practice Of Inhaling Light
Let’s start with some deep cyclic breaths. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling your bodysuit up with white light. Feel it travel through your nasal passages, around your cranium, and down your spinal column. These breaths activate different nervous systems throughout your body and serve to relax you. While you do this, just imagine:
“Just breath in New Life, new light.”
As you continue, visualize this column of light down your center. This light is your life light, your kundalini energy.
Understanding Your Life Light
You may feel this life light sitting slightly forward within you, because you might not be fully grounded yet. It hasn’t settled into flowing as one with your structural and energetic systems. This is a protective mechanism, interacting with your mind, emotions, or physical body.
Consider your life light as a central column, sitting forward because of your current emotional state. As it gathers the pieces of you together, it will eventually come back into its position into the middle of you, bringing a sense of wholesomeness and centeredness.
Awareness of Energy Circuits
Ever wonder how your energy circuits look internally? It’s like an internal vision of self – your energy layers, active modes, and protective mechanisms.
Stay with your breath, inhale through your nose, and fill up with light. Then, exhale, releasing it through your body.
Engage with these energetics and feel the warmth as it softens and hugs your spine.
Physical Awareness and Relaxation
Relax your hands down on your lap with palms facing up. Pay attention to your physical structure, particularly your jaw. Notice the structural bands that encompass your body: around the jaw, chest, rib cage, upper belly, and hips.
Lubricating Structural Bands
Thoughts and emotions significantly affect these bands. When anxious, you might feel tight and held up, triggering the fright and flight response. Imagine lubricating these structural bands with white light and balance your energetic circuits.
Healing with Ocean Energy
As you align with your energetic and planetary frequencies, you’re shifting toward the essence of the ocean tides, influenced by the moon. Let’s bring in the loving and healing aspect of water.
If you’re fortunate to live by the ocean, you’re in luck, if not, just imagine finding immense peace and connection with the ocean. Allow the energy of the ocean to bring that same peace to you. Feel the cleanliness or lightness around your spinal column. The ocean energy circulates through your life light, healing and lubricating your spine. Breathe deeply with this image for a couple of minutes.
Journeying with Nature
Now Imagine walking through a field, approaching a gate that leads to a forest. This journey symbolizes entering deeper realms of consciousness. Open your brain to new visual experiences and embrace the transitions.
Like a caterpillar in a chrysalis, our life light is transforming. This transition brings new life and renewed energy.
Spreading Healing Energy
Let this healing energy spread throughout your body, activating areas blocked by trauma or limited in some way. Remember, it’s just frequency and energy; there’s no need to revisit past trauma here.
Feel a wave of awareness travel down your body, activating your bio-spheres and energetic grids. These grids correlate with your mental, emotional, and physical patterns, as well as your chakra systems.
Expressing Through the Throat Chakra
The energy flows up your spine bringing awareness to your throat chakra. How we express ourselves is crucial in our overall alignment.
Completing the Circuit
Balancing the throat chakra allows a complete energy circuit. Imagine standing under a waterfall, letting the healing white light wash over you.
“Let the energy drip from your fingertips…”
Relax your arms beside you, allowing the energy to flow and complete the circuit.
