Balancing Emotions - energytuneup_net

The imbalance of emotions can cause life force depletion. How can we be in a a state of neutrality then and balancing emotions when it seems that neutrality means to not feel emotions? It certainly isn’t the same, even more so because emotions are about directing life force (energy in motion) and they are the connection between the non-physical and the physical. Let’s dive deeper.

How Does Trauma Affect The Body

With emotions, we are actually translating energetic vibrational frequency into mental processes, thoughts, and making use of memory within the nervous and physical layer of the body that connects to the non-physical layers of the body, like the holographic DNA, and in which all of this information and emotional data is stored. Overtime, what often happens in situations of fight or flight is that instead of us allowing these processes to flow through the body, a blockage of energy occurs because we don’t know how to respond to traumatic situations and therefore trauma starts to accumulate in the body.

In these situations of trauma it is really important that as soon as we start to feel emotional discomfort in any kind of circumstance throughout the day, that we address that discomfort or excited emotional feeling of overwhelm, immediately within 24 hours of it happening. And this is specially important for children since this is the period when the body that suffers trauma enters into shock, which is very much a chemical process that occurs as the body starts to create cortisol, inflammation, digestive problems and the immune system is suppressed.

As a result of the fight or flight response event, Norepinephrine, HPH, GABA, and opioids are chemicals within our body that start functioning and responding to different scenarios. These chemical responses are called to action whether we already have history with similar events or if it’s a new trauma that is occurring. Sleep disorder and depression are other major consequences when we are pulled away from the natural rhythm of energy flow within the body. If the experience is too traumatic, blockage of memory may also happen. The entire body goes out of balance and this is how important it is to manage our emotions in order to have a healthy lifestyle.

Traumatic events create stored reference points in our energetic fields that block life force from moving fluidly through the body. Fears, anxiety, PTSD, pain, aches, illnesses are things that make us become contracted, stagnant and immediately the entire energetic system begins to process in the reverse order to just dissolve itself, going towards shutdown and death, specially when we have a large history of cyclic patterns of repetitive trauma.

Anytime we have an imbalanced emotional response leading to trauma, it takes us away from learning from the experience. As soon as we start going into a negative emotion this blocks the receptors of the brain to be able to even learn anything, as the body is busy in survival mode. Consequently it also blocks all the other systems in the body, affecting the sexual organs, the reproductive system, creative life force, the sacral chakra and the throat chakra are blocked,  we cannot express and communicate freely, it affects the amygdala, a direct disconnect between these systems of co-creation and the mind happens.

Awakening is a Healing Process

Emotional blockages are such a counter-creative way of living, as the purpose of our existence is to experience all possibility and infinite potential. The closer we come into a state of neutrality, the closer we become aware of ourselves as everything and nothing at the same time. If we are not allowing life force to move through the body fluidly then we are stagnating. Trauma leads to us resisting emotions, and we never want to suppress them because the way we learn and the way the collective learns through each one of us requires that we be aware of what we feel. Blocking and suppressing emotions is blocking life force, and it will never allow for healing to happen.

Anytime we try to compartmentalize things and embody processes of separation, we are resisting looking and learning things from a broader perspective. Expansion requires all possibilities, therefore our awakening process is tied to our healing process. The more we are aware of what is going on with us, the more we are awakened and the more we heal ourselves physically, mentality, spiritually. This is expansion as an individual and collective consciousness.

The more we are aware and see ourselves as these larger systems of interconnected consciousness, we begin to understand how important the role of each one of us is in our evolution and in dissolving the cyclical stagnation that we are all carrying in the genetic blueprint of the human race. Suppressing and being in a constant cycle of imbalanced and unprocessed emotions is like blocking our ability to navigate this temporal experience emotionally, mentally, physically and also interdimensionally. The more we wake up the more we see interdimensional aspects of ourselves.

Balancing Emotions

In order to reach a balancing on emotions we need to reach a state of observation. This doesn’t mean we are to be an empty, emotionless stoic person, on the contrary it simply means we need to come into a state of observation, watching and acknowledging all the emotions that come up as a result of life experiences, in order to learn from those experiences. What do we learn? An insight on the patterns that we are holding, how to navigate, change, and alchemize experiences from a low vibrational experience into a high vibrational experience, we can learn how to heal the body from any kind of illness, pain and suffering.

We  also begin to understand that our cyclical patterns are shared collectively and that we are all discovering and exploring what it is like to relate to one another in a heavily compartmentalized reality. What would it take for us to reach unity internally and externally? This is what all our experiences are for, for us to experience contrast and understand how to reach unity again as an individual, internally, the feminine and masculine aspect of yourself, within the cellular structure of yourself, and then collectively as a human race and as a whole, as a world, a planet and a galaxy, as a multiverse. These are all different expressions of life.
