What Is The Personality
Published on: July 3, 2023

Introduction

Personality is a complex and fascinating aspect of human existence. Throughout history, scholars and thinkers from various disciplines have attempted to define and understand what constitutes personality. In this blog post, we will delve into the concept of personality by exploring essays that hold the greatest rate, acceptance, and authority on the topic. We will consider perspectives from spiritual, social, and psychological domains to gain a comprehensive understanding of this intricate facet of human nature.

Spiritual Essays on Personality

Spirituality offers profound insights into the nature of personality, often focusing on the deeper essence of the individual. Spiritual essays emphasize the connection between personality and the soul or higher self. Here are some key themes from spiritual perspectives:

  1. Essence and Authenticity: Spiritual essays often emphasize the importance of connecting with one’s true essence and living an authentic life. Personality is seen as a reflection of the soul, and embracing one’s true self is considered vital for personal growth and fulfillment.
  2. Transcendence of Ego: Many spiritual traditions highlight the need to transcend the ego, which is associated with the false self and limited identity. Personality is viewed as a construct of the ego, and spiritual growth involves moving beyond the ego’s limitations to access a deeper, more expansive sense of self.
  3. Interconnectedness: Spiritual essays often explore the interconnected nature of personality, emphasizing that individuals are part of a greater whole. Personality is seen as an expression of universal consciousness, and recognizing this interconnectedness can foster compassion, empathy, and a sense of purpose.

Adding to this, let’s just say that the personality is a projection of the ego. On the other hand, we can also say that personality is the death of infinite potential. When you create a construct that is defined by a name, color, a thought form, a frequency, you’ve limited yourself from becoming the whole.

The ideal would be to pull away from identification and from creating more personalities, since basically they are coping mechanisms in order to cope with the experiences we are having. The more that we heal and reintegrate, the more we begin to notice that really we are not that personality that we were 5 years ago, or even how we were for just 5 seconds as a result of some experience that happened. It is when we are ready to move on and see other things that we are part of an evolutionary process rather than being stuck.

Once we overcome all the programming layers in the 3D matrix, which the first layer is the immediate personality made to survive our current life story, and then the second layer which is composed of archetypes that we are cycling through our ancestral lineage, we can reach back to Source to become whole. Once you become whole you transcend patterns and celestial influences such as astrological signs. Then, at a higher level we meet interdimensional beings of a spectrum that we have to transcend as well. When you get at a higher-higher level, you become light and you can transcend spectrum of frequencies, colors, sounds and geometries.

Social Essays on Personality

From a social perspective, personality is examined through the lens of how individuals interact within society and how they are perceived by others. Social essays explore the influence of social factors on the development and expression of personality. Here are some key themes from social perspectives:

  1. Social Constructs: Social essays highlight the role of society in shaping personality. They argue that personality traits, behaviors, and beliefs are influenced by cultural norms, socialization processes, and environmental factors. This perspective views personality as a result of both nature and nurture.
  2. Social Interaction: Social essays emphasize the significance of social interactions in shaping personality. They explore how individuals develop and express their personalities through interactions with family, friends, colleagues, and broader social networks. These interactions contribute to the formation of social roles, identity, and self-concept.
  3. Social Perception: Social essays examine how personality is perceived by others and how these perceptions influence social interactions. They highlight the role of impression management, self-presentation, and social judgments in shaping an individual’s personality and reputation.

Socially, we already recognized that we are infinite potential.

We are always transcending something infinitely through patterns of organized information, this is what the whole human experience is about. The ego personality can in this prism, be a result of us not finding the best way to fulfill what our soul is here to learn and experience at this point of our limited lifetime, which is infinite potential. How many people wanted to be a rock star with millions of followers in order to be on the top of the world feeling everything and living a once-in a-lifetime experience? The great work is to identify what you are as a whole and what you can do and contribute to the world in this lifetime.

It’s not that we want to become all and nothing at the same time, because we already are that, at the core of this conscious experience that we are having right now, an experiment of consciousness. What we want is to ultimately learn how to go from our lowest frequency to our highest signature frequency point.

This is why in neutrality is the best way to observe everything that’s happening without having to define it or entangle yourself in it. It is when we become identified with experiences that happened that we become entangled energetically and we create points of reference. The more observant we are, the less we are entangling and fragmented into the 3D matrix.

Psychological views on Personality

Psychology provides a scientific framework for understanding personality, focusing on individual differences, cognitive processes, and behavioral patterns. Psychological essays offer empirical research and theoretical models to explain the personality. Here are some key themes from psychological perspectives:

  1. Trait Theories: Psychological essays often explore trait theories of personality, which posit that individuals possess stable and enduring characteristics that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Traits such as extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness are studied to understand variations in personality.
  2. Psychodynamic Theories: Psychodynamic essays examine personality through the lens of unconscious processes and the interplay between different parts of the mind. These essays draw upon concepts like Freud’s psychoanalytic theory and Jung’s analytical psychology to explain the influence of early childhood experiences, defense mechanisms, and the unconscious mind on personality development.
  3. Cognitive Approaches: Psychological essays also delve into cognitive approaches to personality, which focus on how individuals process information, perceive the world, and construct their thoughts and beliefs. Cognitive theories explore how cognitive processes, such as schemas, cognitive biases, and self-perception, shape personality.

Cultivating and training neutrality

When your life is a constant observation and flow of experience, you become the matrix. This is how you essentially become like a God, infinite potential. The opposite spectrum of this is living life in auto-pilot mode, which means we are simply hypnotized by something, and being hypnotized means we are not even in the body and in control of it. Something triggered us in a way that was overwhelming to feel, and therefore we have checked out.

Anytime that we feel hopeless and helpless that is the definition of trauma. When we feel like that in any given moment it means that in your databank, which is your file cabinet of experiences, you don’t have the tools or the information to apply and react to those experiences in a way that is going to make you feel safe and conducing to yourself. In that case there is a profound lack of awareness and knowledge of ourselves. Getting to know yourself first and understanding where you are in the spectrum of emotions allows you to get to know yourself and why you reacted the way you did.

It is this level of awareness that makes it nearly impossible to go into auto-pilot. When you are very aware and connected with yourself you are okay with the things that you’re feeling. The moment you begin to feel stressed and overwhelmed that is the sign of fight or flight survival mode. So again, as we’ve explained in previous articles, being in a state of observation and neutrality is key. This is a process that we have to cultivate and train ourselves because it is not easy, it’s actually very hard to have total awareness not just in the morning or in the middle of the day, but every second of the day. This is the real spiritual war.

Thriving in the unknown

Being omnipresent and hyper-aware with yourself and everything around you at first can feel daunting when we have unresolved emotions. We have to first deal with the emotions so that we can allow ourselves to be comfortable with moments of unknown, which is what the present becomes to be, moments of unknown that potentially will take you out of your comfort zone. This is part of the evolutionary process as a human being, to be okay with the unknown which will allow you to be okay all the time.

Conclusion

Personality is a multifaceted construct that can be examined through spiritual, social, and psychological lenses. Spiritual essays highlight the connection between personality and the soul, emphasizing authenticity, transcendence of the ego, and interconnectedness. Social essays emphasize the role of society, social interactions, and social perceptions in shaping personality. Psychological essays offer empirical research and theoretical models that explore individual differences, cognitive processes, and behavioral patterns. By considering these diverse perspectives, we gain a richer understanding of personality as a dynamic and evolving aspect of human nature. Ultimately, the concept of personality continues to evolve, and interdisciplinary discussions allow us to appreciate its complexity and the various factors that contribute to its formation.
